amoljewellers.in provides services to you subject to the terms and conditions included in this Terms of Use and other customer service pages to help make your shopping experience with Amol Jewellers LLP as enjoyable and problem-free as possible. Please read them carefully. By visiting or using this website or service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, these Terms of Use. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Copyright and Trademark laws.

LIFETIME EXCHANGE POLICY :

· In case of Gold jewellery, 95% of current market value of the product (net weight of metal).

· In case of Diamond jewellery in gold or White Gold 85% of current market value of the product (as per net weight of the metal and total carat weight of diamonds). This can be used to purchase any Diamond or Gemstone jewellery excluding Gold & Silver – Coins & Bars.

· In case of Gold Coins 100% of current market value of the product, this can be used to purchase Gold & Diamond or gemstone jewellery as under on website Stock

· No return or exchange on Loose Solitaires.

· Shipping charge of Rs.500 will be borne by the customer for all jewellery under this policy.

· The prevailing market value will be determined by Amoljewellers.in

· In case the value of the new product is higher than the exchange value of the old product the difference will be paid by the customer. In case the value of the new product is lesser than the exchange value of the old product the difference will be held as credit for future purchases.

· This feature is not available for International orders .

BUY BACK POLICY:

· In case of plain Gold jewellery 90% of current market value of the product (as per net weight of the metal).

· In case of Diamond with Gold Jewellery or Diamond with Platinum jewellery, 75% of current market value of the product (as per net weight of the metal and total carat weight of the diamonds).

· In case of Uncut Diamonds, Polki 75% of current market value &, Kundan, Cubic Zirconia(CZ) or American Diamonds with Gold Jewellery, 90% of current market value of the product (as per net weight of metal only).

· In case of Gold Coins & Bars, 97% of current market value of the product.

· No return or exchange on Loose Solitaires.

· Shipping charge of Rs.500 will be borne by the customer for all jewellery under this policy.

· The prevailing market value will be determined by https://amoljewellers.in/

· Money back shall be done by way of online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 10 to 15 days, after quality check and valuation is confirmed by the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Cancellation or change of products will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order. Post 24 hours a Cancellation Fee of 10% on the final product price would be deducted from the paid amount and the difference will be refunded or exchange. Cancellation of Gold & Silver- coins & bars, Silver - Notes Idols & Statues ,Photo Frames ,Utensils ,Pooja Items ,Customized jewellery and loose solitaires will not be accepted under any circumstances.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) :

· Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment provided by amoljewellers.in where you can pay 25% of the product value at the time of placing an order and the remaining amount should be paid in full at the receipt of the product. The package can be opened only after making the payment.

· Please note that partial order can't be delivered.

· Currently we are serving only selected pin codes for COD or Closed. Please check if COD is available for your pin code in shopping cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

· Currently, orders of cart value between INR 1000 to INR 50,000 (Conditions apply) for selected pin-code addresses within India are eligible for COD service.

· You need to call the customer care on +91-98921 42507 / 9167000120 or email us at support@amoljewellers.in to cancel your order, but note that the order can be cancelled only before shipping

About Photos

When you see the product and compare it with the image, it’s always slightly different from the original one. As you know, a photo is just a representative view of the product but in actual color and size can vary. It happens due to the difference in the lighting conditions & difference in the resolution of scanners. When we capture images, color may not appear exactly as in real life due to variation between computer monitor resolution and lights. Please use both, photos & the brief written description to form your opinion
